Do you only work with powerlifters?

At this time, unless you are an athlete seeking independent strength programming, Team Hogan is only working with powerlifters.

How many clients do you take on at a time?

As of now, I have a hard cap of 50 coaching clients. This is subject to change up and down depending on time of year.

Do you use RPE or % based programming?

Both. Certainly a preference to RPE-based but all programs will have estimated % loads.

Do you do nutrition?

No, I can recommend resources and general things but I do not feel comfortable designing nutrition protocols for anyone other than myself.

Do you work with beginners?

Absolutely, Iā€™m not against working with a beginner in the sense of being new to structured training, however, if you have never lifted before in general, I would recommend taking some time to feel out that process before you invest into it.

What is the preferred method of payment?

Effective 2024, lifters are placed on automated PayPal subscriptions that will bill them each month for coaching services.

Other options can be explored, if this does not work.

Is there an expected commitment time?

At this time, there is no minimum requirement for any services, if you do not enjoy/like the service you are being provided there will be no hassle in canceling further services beyond that point.
